Federal government gives Nashua, New Hampshire $2 million to clean up asbestos
Thanks to U.S. Senators Judd Gregg and John Sununu, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded a grant of $2 million to the city of Nashua, New Hampshire to clean up asbestos contamination at a city-owned former textile mill. The city seeks to develop the property, which is already home to several small businesses and an art gallery.
