Indians Buying Out Overseas Assets At Less Than Seller’s Cost Price
After going through a raft of multi-billion dollar deals at the peak of global corporate valuations (Corus and Novelis, respectively, were expensive acquisitions for the Tatas and Birlas), it seems now we are in the midst of a reverse trend.
